Never ask for the things your gonna get anyway!!
Yes I know I have repeated the title.Sometimes you stand in front of a situation thinking: Am I up to this? Sometimes you think you are and you're just not self consciousand sometimes you think you aren't and you're just not self conscious
Always take into consideration the amount of self consciousness you think you have and also, which is actually more important, you have to think about the expectations and possible opportunities that specific situation has to offer you.
For me the greatest learningmoment was today.let me clarify:
Today I had my second interview at a company I'm dying to work for.And I went there with balled fists, going to demand a salary higer than heaven and secondary rewards as no one before.Before I could say anything of such I let the company come up with theire idea's so I could react.And what happenned next shocked me. They offered me a salary higher than my expectation and even asked me whether I wanted a company car and phone and computer.I, obviously shocked, said I had to think about it and that we could sign the contract somewhere in the next 2 weeks orso.
Unbelievable.
So then for the third time:Never ask for the things your gonna get anyway!!
